2. Why do we process your data?
a) Event bookings (Trackday / Tracknight)
When you make a booking, we collect the following data:
- First and last name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment information
Purpose: to perform the contractual relationship and manage your booking.
Legal basis: Art. 6, para. 1, point b) GDPR.
b) Payment processing via Mollie
Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Your payment data is transmitted directly to Mollie, which processes it in accordance with its
privacy policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6, para. 1, point b) GDPR.
c) Contact
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, we process your data (name, contact details, message) to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6, para. 1, point b) or f) GDPR, or point a) if consent is requested.
d) Newsletter
We use The Newsletter Plugin to manage and send our newsletter.
- Data collected: email address (mandatory), anonymized IP, date/time of subscription
- Procedure: double opt-in with confirmation email
- Purpose: sending and improving the newsletter
- Legal basis: consent (Art. 6, para. 1, point a) GDPR)
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter email.
3. Cookies
Our website uses only one cookie, set by the WPML plugin.
- Purpose: to remember the userβs chosen language so the site is displayed in the correct language during future visits.
- Personal data: no personal data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties.
No other cookies are used on this website.

Your data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law (e.g. invoices: 10 years).
5. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data is shared only when necessary with:
- Payment service provider (Mollie)
- Technical service providers (hosting, IT maintenance)

Our presence aims to increase our visibility, which constitutes a legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, point f) GDPR).
