  • To book coaching during a track event, simply indicate it on the registration form. We will contact you to arrange the details.

Spontaneous bookings on site are only possible if one of our instructors still has availability.

    • If a track event is fully booked, registration via the form is no longer possible.
    • However, you can be placed on a waiting list by email or phone.

  • “Open Pitlane” is a format where a defined number of drivers can enter the track at any time, without fixed time slots or groups.

This format offers maximum flexibility: you can arrive later, take breaks, or drive without long waiting times. It is particularly suitable for taxi laps and coaching sessions, as it allows room for individual needs. Thanks to the online briefing and the possibility to check your car between sessions, you can prepare optimally. The relaxed field and lower “pressure” increase track time, driving pleasure and safety.

  • After your booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If you have booked coaching or additional services, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the details.

About five days before the track event, you will receive an email with all key information, a link to our online safety briefing and the e‑waiver liability form.

Please complete the e‑waiver in advance to avoid delays at check‑in – so you can get on track faster!

  • Cancellation due to weather is generally rare, as the Spa‑Francorchamps circuit management guarantees an always‑usable track.

If there are any unexpected changes, we will inform you immediately.

Conditions of participation & vehicle requirements

  • In case of pregnancy or health issues, we advise against participating unless you have explicit medical approval.

The safety and health of our participants are very important to us. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.

  • Participation as a driver is only possible with a valid category B driving licence.

However, you can take part as a passenger in taxi laps from 16 years of age with parental permission.

  • Yes, it is possible to rent a vehicle for a track event. We work with Isou Racing, who offer specially prepared sports, GT and racing cars.

If you are interested in renting, please contact us in advance – we will help you find the right option.

  • Yes, participation with a classic car is generally possible. However, your vehicle must meet the same safety standards as a regular car. Please also ensure that its technical condition meets the requirements of the track event.

If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact us in advance.

  • Yes, you can take part with a convertible or open vehicle, as long as it has a roll bar or similar safety device.

Without such safety equipment, participation is not possible for safety reasons. If you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the requirements, please contact us in advance.

  • Yes, participation with an electric vehicle is possible. Your car must meet the same safety standards as a conventional one. Please ensure that range and charging infrastructure are sufficient for the event.

As charging options in Spa are limited, we recommend fully charging your car beforehand.

  • Participation is possible with almost any vehicle. A racing car is not required – a normal road car is fine to start with.

With more experience and the desire to go faster, it is advisable to adapt the vehicle. You do not need to buy a race car straight away – a few modifications or a rental may be enough.

We reserve the right to exclude vehicles for safety reasons, especially SUVs, open‑wheel cars and convertibles without a roll bar.

  • Our track events are open to all motorsport enthusiasts!

Whether it is your first time on track or you already have experience, mutual respect is key.

If you are taking part for the first time, please contact us before booking so we can advise you personally.

  • By registering, you guarantee that your vehicle is in proper technical condition.

We reserve the right to exclude vehicles with visible defects.

If you wish to have your vehicle checked in advance, you can contact José Close.

    Have the vehicle inspected

  • Participation in our track events is possible from 18 years of age with a valid EU category B driving licence.

Passengers for taxi laps can take part from 16 years of age with parental permission.

There is no upper age limit. As long as you are physically fit and can control your vehicle safely, there is nothing stopping you from participating. We recommend ensuring in advance that your fitness and health meet the demands of the racetrack.

Safety & equipment

  • Of course, you can bring your own equipment. When it comes to safety, there is no such thing as “too much” – the better protected you are, the better.

  • Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory. Every participant must wear a helmet.

If you don’t have one, you can rent one on site (limited quantity).

For regular participation, we recommend using a HANS device with a matching helmet.

  • Your vehicle is covered by your own insurance as this is a driver safety training, not a race.

We strongly recommend checking if your insurance includes track driving.

  • Yes, passengers must wear a helmet and long clothing. There are no special shoe requirements, but we recommend closed shoes.

  • There is no official office. If you lose something, please ask at the registration desk if it has been handed in.

  • In case of an accident, we accept no liability – you confirm this by signing before participation.

Your vehicle will be removed from the track and you will receive medical assistance on site.

  • The minimum equipment required to take part in our track events includes:

    • Long clothing and sturdy shoes – ideally with thin soles for good pedal feel.
    • A tow hook mounted at the front or rear of the vehicle is mandatory.
    • A helmet is mandatory. Helmets can be rented on site upon request, but numbers are limited – please book early.
    • Gloves are recommended but not mandatory.
    • We also recommend bringing a change of clothes, as motorsport can be physically demanding and sweaty.
  • To simplify check‑in, we offer an online safety briefing before the event.

Briefings also take place on site:

    Trackdays:
Regular briefings between 9 am and 12 pm, last one at 12:45 pm

    Tracknights:
    Briefing at 5:30 pm

Completing either the online or on‑site briefing is mandatory.

  • You can read the current track rules during the (online) briefing. They contain all important safety and behaviour instructions.
